What turnover means
Turnover, also called wagering requirement, is the total amount you must bet before you can withdraw any bonus winnings. It is calculated on the deposit plus the bonus amount, not on the bonus alone.
For example, a 100 ringgit deposit with a 100 ringgit bonus and a 10x turnover means you need to wager 2,000 ringgit. The platform tracks your progress in the account dashboard.
Game weighting explained
Not all games count equally towards turnover. Slots contribute the full amount of every bet. Live dealer tables, such as blackjack or roulette, contribute only a fraction, often around 10 to 20 per cent.
Low-odds sportsbook selections, like heavy favourites, usually contribute nothing. Always check the game contribution table in the terms before playing. This affects how fast you clear the requirement.
Maximum bet limit
While a bonus balance is active, the platform enforces a maximum bet per spin or hand. This limit is typically stated in the bonus terms, for example 30 ringgit per round.
If you place a bet above that limit, the site may void the bonus and any winnings from it. The original deposit remains yours, but the bonus is forfeited with no appeal.
Bonus expiry window

Withdrawing bonus winnings
You can only withdraw bonus winnings after the full turnover requirement is met. The account balance will then switch from bonus to cash. Any pending withdrawal requests are processed via e-wallet or bank transfer.
If you try to withdraw before meeting the turnover, the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited. The platform will deduct those amounts and release only the original deposit.
Multiple bonuses at once
The platform generally does not allow you to hold more than one active bonus at the same time. You must finish or forfeit the current bonus before claiming a new one.
